Craft Room Inspiration

If you are anything like me... and I bet a lot of you are - then you must LOVE looking at craft rooms from around world. Whether you have a small closet or a craft house all to yourself - it can be one of the most important spaces. I find that if I don't rearrange and reoraganize things from time to time, my creativity suffers. I seem to feel less motivated to get projects done. My craft room as become an unused room that is filled with trash, unused wedding stuff, half done projects, and stuff that I couldn't find a space for in the past 9 months during the wedding planning process.

Since I am now done with planning my wedding, which is SO bittersweet, I have decided to get some creative juices flowing again. And my first step is cleaning out, rearranging and reoranganizing my craft room. I have some "before" pictures that I am pretty sure you will be disgusted to see (and I am embarassed to show them) but I want to wait until I have an "after" picture to show you! Hang tight - and hopefully by the end of next week I will be ready to show you a big transformation!

In the meantime, let's look at some inspiration! Some great "craft room" sites I've found are:

I am waiting for my photographer, *Who I can't wait to tell you about*, to get me some professional photos to share! He said within 45 days. We are 2 weeks in already, so hopefully sooner rather than later!
In the meantime I have so many things planned for the next few months! I just hope to get to it all! Stay tuned, my blogger friends!

Bridesmaids Gifts Continued...

I have been packing everything up to get ready to go to my home state for the wedding. I will be getting there 2 weeks early so that I can finalize a bunch of things before the Big Day. However, my efficient packing system has cause me to forget to take lots of pictures of all of my projects! Such as... the Bridesmaid's jewelry. It is beautiful! And, of course, oh so sparkly. I wanted to wrap them in a special way to took ivory paper embossed a "Thank You" note on each package. I then wrapped with a pretty satin pink bow. I then stuck each one in the girls' goody bags!

I bought each of these organizing utility totes from Thirty One Gifts. They had SO many neat bags but thought that these totes would be great to use for a variety of purposes.

I love to hear other people's gift ideas. What did you get your bridesmaids?

XOXO,

Tara

Just In Case You Don't Know Who I Am!

Apparently, I couldn't resist adding an additional DIY project to my list. After all the wedding is 2 weeks away! I have plenty of time, right? I made these beautiful BLING Bride and Groom chair sashes for our chairs at the reception... you know... just in case people weren't sure who the bride and groom were! I packed away the groom's sash before I took pictures but hopefully you will get to see professional shots of all my lovely details! The great thing about these is that I can do them in ANY font, size or color! Ohhhh - the possibilites!

Contact me if you would like more information on a custom bridal sash! Maybe a sash declaring your new last name: Mrs. XOXO?
