Operation Wedding Week!

Okay all of my fabulous brides! You have done an amazing job of keeping me busy! I have been SO busy filling orders for all of you beautiful ladies that I have not had a chance to focus on my own wedding!!! I have been having a b-l-a-s-t creating pieces for your special day. These are just a FEW of the projects I have been slaving over the past couple of weeks! Don't get me wrong - I have LOVED every minute of it! However, a couple of days ago, Mr. K looked at me and said "Don't you think we should spend a little time on our wedding?" OMG!!! It must be bad if HE noticed the lack of attention I was paying to our own special day! So this week starting at 8:00am tomorrow morning - it is all about my wedding. I spent the day driving to my parents house which is about 5 hours away. My mom and I are going to spend the week getting a cake and a florist picked out. Then we are going to find her dress, my accessories to go with my dress, book our photo booth and popcorn machine, get all of the props & materials, visit the reception space and spend a good 2-3 hours measuring every nook and cranny and decide on our buffet menu. Mr. K is coming down for the weekend as well and will be getting together with the Groomsman to get fitted for tuxes and then Mr. K & I will end our Wedding Week next Monday by meeting with our Pastor to finalize details? Sound ambitious?! I thought so too but with my wedding being 5 hours away from my home it makes it difficult to do things over an extended period of time so we will have to make it work.

I can't wait to update you on all of the delicious details of my wedding so far! We are, after all, nearing the 4 month mark in our countdown. So Ladies - as much as I TRULY enjoy working on your wedding... this week it has to be all about me! :)
